I 100% recommend this hotel if you travel to Morelia. The property is clean, has views to the city's Cathedral. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts are marvellous with lots of options.

The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, which was perfect as the weather was warm. The bar area is separate and cozy, with evening music for a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and tennis facilities are excellent, and the hotel has well-manicured landscaping. The location is perfect, next to a centric area called "El Bosque" with lots of restaurants around. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located across from a convention center and a mall with a grocery store. The hotel provides water in the rooms, which is a nice touch.

The staff was amiable and very helpful, they were always available. The hotel's location was magnificent and beautiful, very close to the Camelinas shopping center, and the historical downtown. It also was close to everything.

The location was favourable and marvellous - ease of access to Teatro Jose Maria Morelos. I was offered a room with lovely views to the city's Cathedral.

This place is our home away from home! The pool and open green areas are perfect for our family. The hotel's location off the periférico is convenient and the secure parking gives us peace of mind. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel Wi-fi is reliable for my online work, and my kids love the pool. The ice on the second floor is a nice touch, keeping our drinks fresh and cool.

I really enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was magnificent and beautiful for me as it was so close to downtown as well as two major avenues.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Morelia and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with event centers and pharmacies nearby. Although it wasn't in the historical downtown area, it was situated in a very quiet part of the city. One of the highlights was the hotel's proximity to a big park, allowing for leisurely walks and relaxation.

Despite my positive experience, one downside was that some guests and staff did not adhere to the mask-wearing and non-smoking rules. This was a bit disappointing, as I believe these rules should be enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Nice stay, as always. Excellent service, affable and pleasant staff during stay. Big room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea makers. Favourable location, near Morelia Convention Centre, appreciated this place. Family atmosphere, excellent restaurant.

Beds were a little hard.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with modern, spacious, and clean rooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
